Courteous and helpful staff esp Raja and Lorena. Clean and spacious room. Accessible location.

Hoping they could provide basic kitchen/ette facilities and condiments.

Staff was friendly, room was spacious and was what we expected.

Restaurant/ Room Service. Since breakfast, lunch and dinner was not included in the package, I expected more variety on the restaurant/room service menu. Will also suggest a water cooler for the swimming pool since it is very hot and humid in Qatar. Water was never cool or cold.

I love the concept of the hotel, that all profit goes to children's education. The hotel was clean, staff were very friendly and the restaurant has an amazing view of Doha, great ambiance and a great value set money. A hidden gem of Doha.

Comfortable, spotlessly clean and quiet hotel with an excellent view of the corniche from the front rooms and the 10th floor restaurant. Good health facilities, a good gym and a wonderful sheltered rooftop pool. Valet service looked after car parking perfectly. Friendly attentive staff.

Excellent hotel for our overnight stay. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, arranging our transport to a local shopping centre and extending our check out time as we had a later flight. The airport shuttle was very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

What sets this hotel apart is the kindness and attention of the staff - really more like a 5 star service. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and to answer your needs. They even had a take away breakfast ready for us to take with us because they knew we were leaving for our flight before the breakfast room opens. Location was also perfect for us. Easy access to airport, to Souq, to Museum and a taxi ride away to Pearl and Katara to check these places out. Pool area was nice to relax. Room was very clean.

My negative point would be the fact that I could hear other guests in another room from my room. I tried to brush up a bit on my German that way!! To be honest I cannot say it was a nuisance as such for me because they were not really the loud type so they never prevented me from resting or sleeping - but if they had been, it might have been a different story.

Very happy with our stay at K108. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and gave us many suggestions of places to go and what to do in the city. We were able to have a late check out, which was very helpful. The facilities are very good, and it was great to refresh at the pool after a hot day. The hotel is quite close to the Museum of Islamic Art, which is at walking distance (however, there are loads of building works on in the area).

The meal and coffee I had at the pool deck was very good. Lovely pool. Room was spacious. I should have taken advantage of the airport pick up option, which turned out cheaper than a taxi, whose driver didn't know where the hotel was. I used the hotel service for the return trip to the airport - 50 (local currency).

Two night stay would have been better given my arrival time. Not enough time to go and see a few of the sights.

Everything was more than fine in K108, the most important thing is the hospitality of the stuff. The second thing is the breakfast and dinner. Lastly it has a very nice pool on roof and extremely quite gym. So i enjoyed every moment. There is only one thing that i should say, the wi-fi was very poor in my floor, even they tried to with wi-fi extender it was really slow. Anyhow it was a great hotel in many ways.

Slow internet

We had absolutely no expectations before visiting Doha, but what a pleasant surprise! Arriving in the hotel you get welcomed with the warmest smile. Special thank you to all the staff members who looked after us, they were going above and beyond to help us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are cozy and spacious with a huge comfy bed and great pillows, the art in the room is very nice and fits the ambiance and style of the hotel perfectly. Pictures of the pool on booking looked great and are the main reason we choose this hotel, it did not disappoint. The sunbeds are a very nice design and extremely comfy, we really liked the light colour and soft material. The service of the staff is really spot on and it feels like a "home away from home”, it was a pleasure talking to all of them. The complimentary minibar is great too!

Breakfast is pretty basic and doesn't quite live up to the standards of the restaurant and hotel, but if you just tell the staff what you like they will do their most to please you in any way.

Break fast was very very disappointing. Not many options to eat. But the hotel room was nice and amenities every nice.

Break fast to be improved. Seriously I don’t mind paying 30 QR more for good breakfast. They charge 66 QR and what they offer is below standard. Better take 100 QR but give us nice breakfast to have wonder full start to our day!

Overall was excellent. The most impressive was all the staff: professional, polite, ready to help and the most important always with a smile on their face.
